Paul HardingManaging Director

Joining Orridge as a pharmacy sales negotiator in 1984, within four years Paul became sales manager for the division. He was appointed to the board of directors in 1995 as sales director and became managing director in June 2004. Since then, he has been responsible for growing Orridge into a successful pan-European retail stocktaking business. Paul also sits on the the Christie Group board.

Louise IsaacFinance Director

Lou was appointed to the Orridge board in May 2014 as finance director and company secretary. A fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the experience Lou has gained across a wide variety of accounting and financial disciplines enables her to deliver first-class accounting support to her colleagues on the Orridge board.

Darren FlackClient Relationship Director

Having spent over 20 years in stocktaking, Darren’s hands-on and client-facing experience enables him to ensure the right service is delivered to every Orridge client. He is responsible for customers' commercial relationships and his account management team as client relationship director.

Peter DaviesSales Director

Peter is responsible for the operation and development of the sales and marketing departments. He has been with the group since 2001, having started as a business development manager and progressing in 2011 to his current position as sales director.

Maxine JohnsonHuman Resource Associate Director

Maxine joined the Orridge in 2006, bringing a wealth of senior management experience from her previous roles in the service sector. Having been directly responsible for our EU business, Maxine has the holistic understanding necessary to fulfil this important role for Orridge.

Claire KachouriOperations Director

Claire’s career started with Orridge in 1995, progressing through all levels of the operational management structure until assuming her current role in the management team in 2008. Claire has responsibility for our field operations and scheduling teams across all sectors of our business as operations director.
